We are looking for confident and driven Team Leaders ( 7 positions available) to
join our Campsie site, someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and
deliver results in a fast-paced production environment.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding production teams,
managing daily operations, and ensuring project-based production of electrical
switchgear and associated products meets the highest standards of quality,
safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide daily leadership and direction to production teams, ensuring
alignment with site and company objectives.
• Drive performance and maintain standards consistent with company expectations
for all employees and contractors.
• Manage resources, schedules, and manpower to achieve production targets and
meet customer deadlines.
• Support first-line management duties, including coaching, training, and
performance assessments.
• Foster a positive, motivated team culture focused on collaboration,
accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and promote best practice across the
site.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within
production.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals and
deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in people management, including training, performance assessment,
and maximising output.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel).
