The HR Program Manager is accountable for the end‑to‑end HR domain deployment
outcomes for ADP’s Global HCM solution across all in‑scope countries. The role
sits within the Program Management Stream and leads integrated HR rollout
planning, governance, dependency orchestration, and cross‑country execution in
close partnership with Country Project Managers and domain Solution Designers.
The role owns HR rollout outcomes across all HR‑related workstreams — including
Core HR, Leave and Absence, Benefits, Talent (Performance and Goal Management,
Succession Planning, Compensation Planning and Learning), Recruitment, HR data,
HR readiness, HR testing, HR cutover, and Autopay Payroll deployment for the US
and Canada (embedded within Lyric).
The HR Program Manager ensures that all HR deployments follow both the Global HR
Blueprint (owned by the HR Solution Designer) and the Global Solution Design
(owned by the Global Solution Designer), safeguarding end‑to‑end design
integrity across domains.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End HR Domain Rollout Ownership (Integrated Outcomes)
• Own the HR domain rollout plan and delivery outcomes across all countries
(scope, milestones, sequencing, and HR go‑live readiness).
• Ensure all country implementations adhere to both the Global HR Blueprint and
the Global Solution Design.
• Drive consistent execution of HR deployment standards, templates, entry/exit
criteria, and global methodology.
• Ensure convergence of HR process, HR data, testing, training, change, and
Autopay dependencies to deliver stable HR go-lives.
• Oversee HR domain readiness and escalate risks early with clear mitigation
actions.
Program Management Stream Leadership (Governance & Cadence)
• Run the HR-specific program cadence including delivery checkpoints, domain
reporting, and HR readiness reviews.
• Own and maintain the HR RAID and ensure mitigation actions are tracked to
closure.
• Drive timely HR decision-making with clear impacts, options, and
recommendations.
Country Delivery Orchestration (Country PM Network)
• Support the Country Project Manager community for all HR domain activities.
• Align country HR deployment plans to global milestones and enforce go/no-go
criteria.
• Coordinate reuse of HR deployment assets, templates, and lessons learned.
• Intervene early on HR domain risks and mobilize cross‑workstream support as
needed.
Workstream Integration (Clear Ownership, Tight Interfaces)
• Translate HR rollout needs into workstream commitments, timelines, and
deliverables.
• Partner with HR Solution Designer to maintain adherence to the Global HR
Blueprint.
• Collaborate with Global Solution Designer to ensure alignment with the
end‑to‑end solution.
• Coordinate with Payroll Solution Designer and NORAM Payroll Leads to manage
Autopay dependencies.
• Align with Integration and Testing teams to ensure HR readiness for SIT, UAT,
and E2E.
Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare Leadership
• Lead HR domain cutover planning including schedules, roles, and issue triage.
• Coordinate HR-specific hypercare activities and stabilization metrics.
• Ensure complete HR domain handover including runbooks, known issues, and
documentation.
Required Qualifications
Experience
• Program/project management experience in HR technology, HCM implementations, or
enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing multi-country HR deployments across Core HR, Talent,
Benefits, and/or Recruitment.
• Experience deploying or supporting HR‑embedded payroll systems such as Autopay.
• Proven experience managing cross-workstream delivery, integrated readiness, and
domain governance.
Skills & Capabilities
• Strong integrated program management skills (planning, dependency mapping,
RAID, orchestration).
• Effective stakeholder management across global and local HR, Payroll, and
cross-functional teams.
• Executive-ready communication and structured reporting.
• Strong facilitation skills for HR domain checkpoints and workstream forums.
• Operational readiness mindset with discipline around HR go/no-go criteria and
stabilization.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience coordinating HR change management, training, and communications
activities.
• Experience with HR-to-payroll dependencies including US/CA payroll.
• Familiarity with global HR data privacy and security requirements.
