Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities The role of the Business Development Leader is to manage and drive the sales effort across all Services and Solutions, Partnership and Alliances. A self-motivated hunter by nature – responsible for hunting NN logos in Retail and Consumer Services Experience of working with / selling to Retail and Consumer Services companies is a must. The candidate should have great networking skills and understanding of UK and European market which experience of signing FTSE100 or equivalent logos. Individual should have good knowledge of selling in the Consumer Services/ Retail and/or BFSI, proven track records to demonstrate this. Sales Strategy, Pipeline creation and Account planning ensuring a comprehensive sales strategy by sector built from the growth targets. Working in conjunction with the other Sales and Presales Managers/ Directors/ VPs to ensure key learnings and practices are embedded into the UK operation. Provide stakeholders and senior management with regular status reports and management information demonstrating performance and progress within the sales function. Excellent Stakeholder Management and Prior experience in dealing with varied stake holders at various levels. Individual should be able to independently manage the initial pitch meeting. Skills and Experience Self-starter Positive Approach and Strive for Growth. Experience of hunting NN logos that have scaled to annual revenue of 5-20M. Experience of managing at least one large Tier 1 client in the last 2 years. Proven experience of operating in markets and/or companies with significant levels of cultural diversity. Strong Communication and Negotiation skills and excellent skills to connect at C level. Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related discipline, computer science or engineering with an MBA preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development Leader has responsibility to manage and lead sales effort with Net New prospects in UK and Continental Europe. Working closely with the regional leadership, solutions and delivery team, this individual will ensure creation and management of pipeline and taking potential opportunities through the sales lifecycle. This is a "business facing" role and requires the establishment and management of expectations within the firm and drive the pursuit and solutions team to achieve those expectations to a high standard. QUALIFICATIONS Strong Communication and Negotiation skills and excellent skills to connect at C level.
