This role leads the governance, control and visibility of international inbound
freight and customs compliance across a growing overseas warehouse network.
Working across markets including Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Poland, the
role ensures goods move efficiently, compliantly and on time, while providing
the insight needed to drive informed operational and commercial decisions. By
translating complex shipment, purchase order and customs data into clear
actions, risks and performance indicators, this role supports stronger stock
flow, enhanced compliance and the successful delivery of the wider international
supply chain transformation programme.
We are looking for someone with strong supply chain and logistics experience,
ideally gained within an international retail, franchise or multi-market
environment, and a proven track record of managing inbound volumes. A good
understanding of international freight, customs requirements, freight
documentation and overseas warehouse operations is important. This role would
suit a proactive problem solver who is confident managing risk, making sound
decisions at pace and building strong relationships across global,
cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills, including experience using
Power BI or similar tools to turn data into actionable insight, are important,
alongside proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
NB This full-time role is based at our Paddington Support Office, with a minimum
of three days a week on site.

markets.
• Monitor shipment and purchase order milestones, ensuring timely updates,
visibility and compliance throughout the inbound journey.
• Drive customs compliance governance across the overseas warehouse network,
proactively managing risks and supporting regulatory adherence.
• Produce clear performance reporting and insights, enabling operational and
commercial teams to make informed decisions.
• Partner with International Freight Operations and key stakeholders to resolve
issues, improve data quality and optimise stock flow.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
• Strong supply chain, logistics and inbound operations experience, ideally
within an international retail, franchise or multi-market environment.
• Good understanding of international freight, customs compliance, freight
documentation and overseas warehouse inbound processes.
• Proven ability to analyse operational data and translate insights into
actions using Power BI, Excel or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to
anticipate risks, resolve issues and escalate when required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience
collaborating effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
