Job Description As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to help lead the day-to-day running of the pub. You’ll be hands-on, visible and ready to lead from the front – making sure the team has everything they need to deliver great service and an excellent customer experience. From coaching and developing your team to supporting with service, standards and the overall running of the business, you’ll play a key role in making sure the Turf Tavern continues to be a place customers love to visit.
