Your contribution will be
Leading and coordinating FOUR PAWS UK fundraising plans, ensuring alignment with the overall organisational strategy
Optimising and managing FOUR PAWS UK fundraising portfolio across relevant fundraising streams
Spearheading integrated ways of working to deliver the best possible fundraising and supporter engagement results, collaborating with other departments and international
Monitoring donor behaviour, market trends, and sector developments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and strengthen fundraising strategies
Managing and controlling the fundraising budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective use of resources
Ensuring fundraising systems and technical solutions are aligned with global standards and platforms, while maintaining compliance with data protection requirements for donor and prospect data
Representing FOUR PAWS UK externally in matters related to fundraising
Your profile ideally illustrates
Proven experience in data-led fundraising, development, or a comparable revenue-generating role, ideally within the non-profit sector
Strong experience in Leadership Giving, particularly working with corporate partners, foundations, and trusts, and the ability to build and manage relationships with senior external donors
Experience in budget management, financial planning, and cost control
Strong understanding of donor engagement, fundraising trends, and supporter relationship management
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Full professional proficiency in English

The minimum gross annual salary for this position starts at £60,000, in accordance with our internal compensation scheme
