new customer acquisition and expansion across an existing customer base of more
than 80,000 accounts.
The successful candidate will bring deep commercial experience from Email,

double-digit growth for the region.
• Accelerating net new customer acquisition through a high-velocity, data-led
sales motion.
• Expanding revenue and gross profit across the existing base of more than
80,000 SMB and self-serve customers through disciplined account growth,
cross-sell and customer success motions.
• Building and leading a highly productive sales organization that can manage
territories, segments and customer portfolios at scale.
• Driving adoption across the full Sinch portfolio, including messaging, email,
voice, applications and broader customer communications solutions.
• Creating repeatable acquisition, onboarding, expansion and retention motions
in partnership with marketing, product, customer success, operations and
finance.
• Using data, pipeline insight, customer segmentation and performance metrics
to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy and conversion across the
funnel.
• Implementing pricing and packaging approaches that balance growth,
profitability and market competitiveness.
• Championing Sinch’s culture by living our values, building strong teams and
acting as an inspiring role model for the organization.
The role is based in France, Paris or UK, London. You will report to the
Executive Vice President for EMEA who is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Regular
travel, primarily within the region, will be required.
Requirements:

a senior sales leader in a technology environment, with a track record of
scaling teams, revenue and gross profit in complex, multi-product businesses.
• Relevant market expertise: You bring strong experience from Email, Martech,
CPaaS, SaaS or other consumption-based platform businesses, and understand
how technical performance, deliverability, reliability and customer outcomes
translate into revenue growth.
• Growth mindset and execution discipline: You know how to build new business
engines, improve conversion, strengthen pipeline quality and expand existing
accounts through repeatable sales and customer success motions.
• Effective leadership: You have led teams to success by setting clear
priorities, building trust, creating accountability and developing talent.
You bring structure to complexity and build scalable ways of working.
• Transformation and sales management skills: You have experience shaping
high-performing sales organizations, clarifying roles and responsibilities,
and leading teams through change with confidence and pace.
• Analytical know-how: You bring a data-driven approach to sales management,
including forecasting, pipeline governance, segmentation, productivity
