[https://www.computershare.com/flex]   We give you a world of potential Our Dividends team is expanding, creating an exciting opportunity for a Dividends Events Specialist to join a supportive and collaborative environment. Working with some of the UK's leading listed companies, you'll help deliver dividend payments accurately and on time. With multiple events running simultaneously and each client working to different timelines, this is a varied role where organisation, attention to detail, and stakeholder collaboration are key.   A role you will love As a Dividends Events Specialist, you'll be managing multiple dividend events at different stages of the payment cycle, ensuring key dates are tracked, deadlines are met, and payments are delivered accurately. You'll work closely with colleagues across Client Services, Operations, and other business areas, building strong relationships and playing an important role in delivering excellent outcomes for clients and shareholders. Key responsibilities include: * Managing end-to-end dividend events for a portfolio of clients * Monitoring and maintaining key event dates to ensure deadlines are met * Performing reconciliations and validating data to support payment accuracy * Coordinating the movement of funds and associated payment activities * Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets * Managing risk and applying appropriate controls throughout the dividend lifecycle * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and support successful event delivery * Working collaboratively across the business while continuously developing specialist dividends knowledge   Working as part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of dividend events and help ensure shareholders receive their payments accurately and on time. As dividend activity fluctuates throughout the year, there are opportunities for paid overtime during peak payment periods, providing additional earning potential and valuable experience.   What will you bring to the role?   We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Previous dividends experience isn't essential, as full training will be provided, but you'll be comfortable working with data, systems, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
