Your role
* Carry out site repairs and maintenance efficiently to keep everything running
smoothly
* Identify maintenance issues and arrange specialist support when needed
* Complete planned tasks such as decorating and routine building checks
* Maintain safe and secure environments, including occasional gardening duties
* Act as the main point of contact for contractors on site
Your skills
* Experience in maintenance or a caretaker role
* Ability to identify and carry out repairs safely using tools and light
machinery
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and a full UK driving licence (desirable)
