What you'll bring to the team As a First Aid Host, you’ll be a key part of creating a safe and enjoyable experience for both guests and staff at Thorpe Park. You’ll be the first point of contact for any injuries or illnesses, delivering high-quality care with professionalism and empathy. You’ll bring a calm and confident approach, especially in high-pressure or emergency situations, ensuring patients feel supported and reassured at all times. With a strong focus on health & safety, you’ll take pride in maintaining excellent standards across the park, whether treating patients, completing documentation, or ensuring facilities are clean and fully equipped. A team player at heart, you’ll work collaboratively across departments while also being confident working independently when required. You’ll embody the Merlin Way by taking ownership, getting involved, and always being happy to help.
