Help shape stronger communities by leading RVA’s community development team About us RVA supports and connects organisations that deliver voluntary and community services in Rother’s towns and villages, such as Bexhill, Robertsbridge, Rye, Battle, Camber and Burwash. We support and champion the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector to make positive change, challenge issues and grow new ideas to strengthen communities. About you Are you an experienced people manager with a passion for strengthening communities and the voluntary sector? As RVA's Community Development Team Lead, you'll lead and support a talented team delivering vital community development and infrastructure services across Rother's diverse urban and rural communities, turning priorities into practical action and making a real difference.
