Are you a passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services. Job Description PPM procedure to maintain this old building. Follow the day to day maintenance tasks and report any issue to the Maintenance manager. Implement and support to follow the health and safety procedure. Follow daily engineering maintenance and assist in daily work Ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment. Schedule and document planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as Air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B outlets, front/back of the house, plumbing & drainages service Actively contributes to guests' comfort Carries out repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Maintenance Manager.
