Job Description
PPM procedure to maintain this old building.
Follow the
day to day maintenance tasks and report any issue to the Maintenance manager.
Implement and support to follow the health and safety procedure.
Follow daily engineering maintenance and assist in daily work
Ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment.
Schedule and document planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as Air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B outlets, front/back of the house, plumbing & drainages service
Actively contributes to guests' comfort
Carries out repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Maintenance Manager.
Follows the preventive maintenance programme
Applies water hygiene procedures
Is in contact will all hotel departments
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting (essential), plumbing, electrical work
Respond to maintenance requests from guests and management in a timely manner
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications
Requirements: Experience in maintenance or related field is essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
