What’s the role? Maintenance Technician    This role is Monday • Friday What is Uncommon?  Uncommon is a group of exceptional work spaces across London that cultivates an environment with sustainability and wellness at its core. Our members are the forefront of what we do, providing personalised service to each and every one.   What will you be doing?     • Maintain all our office buildings, completing general repairs and minor maintenance tasks including repairing locks, fabric repairs, filling and redecoration. • Inspect, install and troubleshoot building equipment and systems, including appliances, ventilation and control panels, identifying and reporting any issues promptly. • Carry out routine compliance and safety checks, including Legionella water flushing, emergency lighting testing and fire alarm checks, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standards. • Work as part of a larger team, collaborating with colleagues and contractors while keeping track of maintenance tasks and outstanding works through a CAFM system.     What can Uncommon give you?   • Salary of £40,000 per annum • Private healthcare cover with Vitality  * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, an extra day for your birthday and an extra day with every full year of service • Discretional bonus scheme  • Enhanced pension contribution of 5% with the option for salary sacrifice • Two paid charity days per year * £400 flexible benefit to use at your discretion • Exciting learning and development programmes to help progress your career        • Regular social events, including an annual retreat We are proud of our inclusive and diverse working environment, and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply for our vacancies.
