You will be responsible for: Leading the day-to-day operation of the home Maintaining full Ofsted compliance Recruiting, developing and retaining a skilled staff team Creating a positive and child-focused culture Managing safeguarding and risk management processes Building strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals Managing budgets, occupancy and performance Driving quality assurance and continuous improvement Preparing the home for successful Ofsted inspections About You We're looking for a passionate, resilient and ambitious leader who is committed to achieving exceptional outcomes for children and young people. Essential Experience within children's residential care Strong understanding of SEMH and trauma-informed practice Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards Leadership or management experience within a residential childcare setting Strong safeguarding knowledge Full UK Driving Licence Desirable Registered Manager experience Deputy Manager ready for first registration Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare Track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes Why Join?
