A home, not just a service Moray Lodge is a supported living service in Dunston, Northamptonshire. Leonard Cheshire provides high-quality person-centred care for 10 disabled adults living here. We assist people with acquired brain injuries and people with physical conditions to gain independence and build life skills. Your working hours We offer full-time hours, working 37.5 hours per week. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. Typical shifts may include: Day shifts: [e.g. 7am - 2:30pm, 8am - 3:30pm, 12:30pm - 8pm, 2pm - 9:30pm] These may be subject to change on occasions. This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.  What you’ll do • Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication • Encourage independence through a person-centred approach • Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities • Keep clear, accurate records • Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need. We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.
