Job Description Role overview FRP Advisory is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Administrator to join our Court Work Team in the Brentwood office. This role is suited to someone with a foundation in insolvency casework, looking to progress their career further. Key Responsibilities Working on a portfolio of insolvency cases including bankruptcies, complex individual voluntary arrangements, compulsory liquidations and creditor voluntary liquidations. Draft statutory documents and good quality letters and reports in line with insolvency legislation Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements Be able to work in a team Liaise with stakeholders including directors, creditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies What we are looking for: Someone who is technical and curious with good attention to detail. Someone who wants to expand their knowledge on property work and investigation skills.
