About You The ideal candidate will: • Support the Communications & Marketing in the development and delivery of communications and marketing plan/s and campaigns, offering creative and innovative ideas  • Form a key part of the Midlands Net Zero Hub team with responsibility for building relationships across the Midlands   • Keep up to date with key issues and developments and competitor analysis in all related communications and marketing activity, channels and e-marketing, particularly in relation to user generated content, new and emerging technologies to ensure the currency to ensure the council is at the cutting-edge of sector best practice, through benchmarking, monitoring and evaluation of effectiveness e.g. ROI. • Knowledge/experience of a creative internal and external focused approach to communications and marketing of services and products with a good grasp of related processes and technique This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English, is an essential requirement for the role.
