We’re looking for an experienced sales focussed Retail Store Manager, ideally with at least one year’s experience supporting or running a successful store within premium retail or fragrance to join us and lead our St Albans lifestyle store’s team on continued success. Every Customer, Every Visit, Every Day… As Retail Store Manager, you’ll lead your team from the front, setting the standard for an immersive customer experience, connecting with our customers who are discovering our products for the first time or falling in love with them all over again. Engaging and self-driven by results, you’ll coach and develop first class Retail Advisors to think and act commercially, building a culture that champions a high-performing and collaborative team that overachieves targets and drive profitable sales. You’ll own and deliver store sales and KPIs, using data and insight to reduce costs while strengthening Molton Brown's presence on the high street as the authority in lifestyle products that our customers love to Cleanse, Wear and Live in. Passionate about brand activation, you’ll identify opportunities to maximise sales through thoughtful events that make a lasting impact to our devoted customers, bringing our brand to life with every customer, every day. You’ll think through the eyes of a customer, maintaining high standards to ensure your store is always ready to greet everyone flawlessly by driving retail excellence standards that reflect our brand’s aspirations both on the shop floor and operationally behind the scenes.
