Company Description We are looking for a Painter & Decorator to be part of our maintenance team at The Hoxton, Southwark. The Hoxton, Southwark, the third Hoxton in our hometown of London. We have 192 bedrooms, 2 restaurants- Albie & Seabird and our first Working From_ location not just in London but Europe! Albie is our all-day neighbourhood dining spot, drawing inspiration from the French and Italian Riviera. Seabird is our rooftop restaurant on the 14th floor, boasting an impressive raw bar, London’s longest oyster list and panoramic views of the city. Job Description What you'll do... You will be supporting the maintenance team with their painting duties across the building. Your will be responsible to ensure that paint stock levels & painting materials are regularly checked and controlled. Co-ordinate daily PPM schedules in the bedrooms with the housekeeping department. Qualifications What we're looking for... You have a high level of verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills. You know all about painting & decorating Organization and co-ordination is your thing!
