It’s an exciting time to be joining Ogilvy Consulting. As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation practice. Our Senior Consultants bring a unique blend of creative thinking, strategic depth and analytical rigour. They are broad thinkers and practical problem-solvers, emerging in a specialist area of marketing transformation while remaining grounded in strong core consulting skills. This role requires experience in supporting and delivering marketing transformation work. Senior Consultants play a critical role in translating this thinking into practical workstreams, high-quality deliverables and clear recommendations that clients can act on. Key Responsibilities: Owning discrete workstreams within wider marketing transformation projects, working independently with appropriate oversight and directing junior team members where required. Supporting the design and delivery of transformation work across operating model design, organisational design, change management, capability building, process mapping, employee experience and AI-enabled marketing transformation. Collaborating with colleagues across the Consulting team and the wider Ogilvy and WPP network to solve high-profile challenges for our clients. Applying relevant consulting methodologies to structure analysis, frame hypotheses, build recommendations and create high-quality client deliverables. Building trusted working relationships with mid-level client teams, confidently facilitating meetings, leading interviews, capturing key insights and helping maintain momentum across project activities. Participating in strategic new business pitches and initiatives, including preparing sections of proposals and identifying add-on opportunities within existing client relationships. Keeping abreast of developments in marketing transformation, modern operating models, organizational change, AI and marketing effectiveness, actively contributing to the team’s knowledge base and thought leadership. Acting as a role model for your grade, supporting Analysts and Consultants, helping onboard new colleagues and contributing to a positive, inclusive and high-performing project environment. Skills, Attributes and Attitude: At least 5 years of experience in consulting, client-side strategy, marketing transformation, organizational change or a related field. Emerging specialist expertise in one or more areas of marketing transformation such as operating model design, organizational design, change management, capability building, employee experience, process design or AI-enabled marketing transformation. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise quantitative and qualitative inputs, identify key trends and develop clear, actionable recommendations. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team. Understanding of, and interest in, behavioural science and the principles of behaviour change. Able to prepare and lead client interviews, workshops and meetings, using active listening to draw out insight, align stakeholders and move teams toward practical outcomes. Comfort challenging conventional views and presenting ideas persuasively to gain buy-in from clients and colleagues. A strong understanding of modern marketing organisations and how brands, capabilities, technology, data, process and culture come together to drive growth and effectiveness. Curiosity about AI and its impact on marketing transformation, with the ability to identify opportunities to use AI tools and methodologies to improve insight, efficiency and project workflows. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the energy, pragmatism and flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving consulting environment.
