About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator at Jumeirah Carlton Tower.
The
main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
• Facilitate effective communication within the sub-departments and with other
departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform all necessary administrative tasks to maintain the smooth daily
operation of the department.
• Maintain and update the management calendars daily, scheduling meetings and
appointments as required.
• Act as a Personal Assistant to the Director, assisting with various
administrative and operational tasks.
• Deal with and prepare supplier contracts for department-related services or
events, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Handle confidential information related to the department and serve as the
point of contact for internal quality reviews.
ABOUT YOU
The
ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and
qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business, or a
related field.
* 2-4 years' marketing experience within a luxury hospitality or luxury brand
environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across
multiple business functions.
• Experience managing external agencies and partners, including PR, creative,
digital, media, and advertising agencies.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills, with
the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
