Quality Assurance- Dayshift

Albert Bartlett is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all products manufactured meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with various teams to maintain and improve product standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Work closely with production and technical teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation. Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and addressing findings. Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality. Albert Bartlett offers a supportive working environment encouraging professional development and innovation. Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, preferably within the food manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of food safety standards and quality management systems. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
