As a Senior Associate Sourcer in Global Markets, you will own the regional
sourcing strategy, engage senior and specialist talent, and deliver market and
competitor intelligence to business stakeholders. You will design data-driven
sourcing strategies and represent the employer brand at a senior level. Step
into a high-impact sourcing role where you will partner with Recruiters and
senior stakeholders to build high-quality talent pipelines and deliver market
intelligence that shapes hiring strategy. You will be responsible for proactive
market mapping, candidate identification, and engaging passive talent for
critical roles across Global Markets. You will drive front-end talent attraction
efforts—owning the research, talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development
needed to enable successful hiring outcomes. The ability to build trusted
partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, combined with strong candidate
engagement skills and a data-driven, consultative approach, will be key to
success.
Job responsibilities:
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles across Markets
business by developing proactive sourcing strategies aligned to business
needs
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform recruiting strategy and
calibration conversations
• Identify and engage passive candidates through a wide variety of channels
using tailored, compelling messaging
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role
requirements, ideal profiles, and hiring priorities; translate needs into
actionable sourcing plans
• Drive candidate outreach and engagement with frequent, timely communication;
manage early-stage candidate experience through sourcing and screening
handoff
• Provide meaningful market intelligence and share insights to improve search
outcomes
• Support screening activities as needed and deliver succinct candidate
summaries to Recruiters/Hiring Managers
• Track pipeline activity, outreach results, and funnel conversion; adjust
strategy based on performance data and feedback
• Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools effectively;
maintain high standards of data integrity, documentation, and controls
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Experience in a corporate or agency sourcing/talent research environment,
supporting multiple searches and stakeholder groups simultaneously
• Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping, name generation, and sourcing
strategy development for financial roles
• Proven ability to attract and convert passive talent through tailored,
consultative messaging and sustained relationship management
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing
priorities, shifting deadlines, and high volumes while maintaining quality
• Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with senior
Hiring Managers in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of professionalism and discretion; ability to handle sensitive
and confidential information
• Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal) with strong
executive presence
• Experience gained within an executive search, recruitment consultancy or
in-house talent acquisition environment
• Knowledge of front-office talent markets and competitor landscapes
• Experience delivering market intelligence and talent insights to business
stakeholders
• Experience supporting senior lateral hiring initiatives and confidential
searches
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Solid understanding of the financial industry and/or Markets talent (Sales,
Research, Trading, Security Services, etc.)
• Experience supporting pipeline strategies and sourcing practices across
multiple geographies
