Cleaner Team Leader (Working Role) Location: NRS Harwell, Didcot, Oxfordshire Contract: Permanent | Full Time Hours: 37 hours per week – 9‑day fortnight (early finish every other Friday) A stable leadership role in a highly regulated nuclear environment Amey is recruiting a Cleaner Team Leader to support Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) at Harwell. This is a long‑term, secure role offering consistent hours, a 9‑day fortnight and the opportunity to lead a small on‑site cleaning team in a high‑security, safety‑critical environment. This is a working Team Leader role. You won’t be office‑based — you’ll lead from the front, carrying out cleaning duties alongside managing, supporting and guiding the team. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About the role Working at NRS Harwell, you’ll play an important part in maintaining safe, clean and compliant nuclear facilities. The environment is controlled, professional and highly regulated, making attention to detail, safety and standards essential.
