What you’ll be doing:
• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent
customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the
collection counter
• Unloading delivery which involves moving cages from the truck into store and
putting stock away.
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide
details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process
refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide
advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the
store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help
provide recommendations
We trade 7 days a week and there will be a mixture of shifts with some 7am
starts and some 6pm closes so will require availability to work some weekdays
and weekends.

• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age

• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including
weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your
availability and may vary from week to week.
