This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a global business, with full training provided and no previous furnace experience required. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and looking for a role that's more active than a traditional laboratory position, we'd love to hear from you.     What You'll Be Doing Working within our furnace area, you'll play a vital role in preparing samples for laboratory analysis by: Accurately weighing and preparing samples. Mixing samples using specialised equipment and extracted cupboards. Loading samples into crucibles and operating furnace processes. Melting materials and pouring small quantities into moulds. Handling materials safely using pump trucks and equipment. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. Following strict quality, safety and environmental procedures. This is a varied, hands-on role where precision, teamwork and attention to detail are essential.     What We're Looking For You don't need previous furnace experience—we'll provide full training.
