RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER – CHILDREN’S HOMES Location: Swindon Salary: £13.50 per hour + sleep-in payments Shift: 24–48 hour shifts, including sleep-ins Sponsorship: No sponsorship available ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for caring and resilient Residential Support Workers to support young people in a nurturing, trauma-informed children’s home environment. Tasks Build positive relationships and provide consistent support to young people Support daily routines, activities, education and independence Manage challenging behaviour using calm communication and de-escalation Requirements REQUIREMENTS Experience working with children or young people Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work 24–48 hour shifts including sleep-ins Level 3 Residential Childcare is desirable, or willingness to complete RIGHT TO WORK & DBS No sponsorship available for this role Valid UK Right to Work required British passport holders can provide passport for verification Non-British passport holders must provide a valid Share Code/Right to Work status Enhanced DBS check required CLOSING DATE Apply as soon as possible – applications will close once the position is filled.
