Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Projects Team supporting a key Defence client. This is an excellent opportunity to work on strategically important initiatives with a prestigious client based in Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit, document, and validate complex requirements from stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, fellow Business Analysts, Engineers, and Architects
Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation to support project delivery
Attend client site for workshops and engagement activities
Support the successful delivery of critical Defence projects
Experience of working with various tools and technologies such as Confluence for documentation and JIRA for building tickets and user stories.
Experience working in the Public Sector
Qualifications:
Strong consultant or senior-level BA with substantial experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder management
BCS qualification preferred (or equivalent professional credentials demonstrating BA expertise)
Based in the Midlands with ability to travel to client site as required
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams
Must be a UK National
Must hold or be able to attain SC security clearance
