Bank Administrator | Spire King's Lynn Clinic • South Wootton | Ad Hoc Bank Shifts | Monday to Friday Bank Spire Healthcare's clinic in King's Lynn, Norfolk, is seeking a Bank Administrator to support the team on a flexible, ad hoc basis. Opened in September 2025, the clinic is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a reliable and organised individual to provide administrative cover during busy periods, annual leave, sickness absence, and periods of service expansion. Spire King's Lynn Clinic is a modern outpatient facility providing patients with convenient access to specialist consultations in the heart of King's Lynn. The clinic works closely with Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital and Spire Norwich Hospital, ensuring patients can access any further tests, scans, procedures or treatment required as part of their ongoing care. The clinic is home to a team of experienced consultants offering specialist services across a range of areas, including: • Cardiology • Cosmetic Surgery * da Vinci® Robotic-Assisted Surgery • Gastroenterology • General Surgery • Gynaecology • Mako® Robotic-Assisted Surgery • Neurosurgery • Orthopaedics (including Spine) • Pain Management • Urology As part of our administration team, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the clinic, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for patients and consultants while contributing to the continued growth of this exciting new service. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinic team. • Manage patient records and appointment scheduling accurately and efficiently. • Respond professionally to telephone and email enquiries. • Support daily clinic operations to ensure the smooth delivery of services. • Maintain accurate documentation and handle confidential information in line with company policies. • Contribute to a positive, patient-focused environment. Shift Pattern • Flexible bank shifts • Monday to Friday • Between 8:00am and 6:00pm Who We're Looking For The successful candidate will have: • Previous experience in an administrative role. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Confidence using IT systems and administrative software. • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly. • A proactive, enthusiastic, and personable approach. • A commitment to providing high standards of service and professionalism.
