From Drivers to Technicians, Customer Experience experts to Site Managers, Engineers to Electricians, we come together as a team of experts, to do more for our customers   How you’ll power our business as a Tank Asset Supervisor    As a Tank Asset Supervisor, responsible for the day-to-day management of tank asset operations, ensuring continuity of supply, compliance, and efficient administration of all asset-related activities. You will take ownership of the operational delivery of tank asset management, supporting business performance through effective coordination, data management, and process adherence.   Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 20 40. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. All of which means job security, and opportunities to get involved in exciting new initiatives. Join Flogas and help us do energy right for the future.    Here’s what you’ll be doing    Ensure Flogas have suitable provision of all tank supplies at all times.  Manage internal / external distribution chain to deliver national coverage of tank supply.  Responsibility for KIP reports to be generated  Providing guidance to direct reports  Managing all employees in line with relevant Flogas policies  Working across functions with peers in other Flogas departments to ensure collaboration for shared goals     What we’ll need from you   Understanding of workflow processes and Critical data management  Keen attention to detail. With proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.  Strong organisational, time management and scheduling abilities  Patient approach, staying calm under pressure as workload increases  Strong team ethic, working as a team, for the team.  Have a positive attitude towards Health & Safety and be committed to safe working practices.  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.   Possess excellent leadership skills.  A responsible attitude and leads by example.  A positive outlook with the ability to motivate others.  Excellent time management    What you’ll get from us    You matter.
