Position: Kitchen Porter Location: Potters Resorts • Five Lakes, Colchester Road, Tolleshunt Knights, Maldon, CM9 8HX, Essex, UK Type: Full-time What We're Looking For: A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness Enthusiasm and energy to go the extra mile for our guests Strong organisational skills and ability to work efficiently A team player with excellent interpersonal skills Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, demanding kitchen environment About the Kitchen Porter role; Ensure that cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role To work efficiently and to keep within time frames Ensure bins are used for the correct waste, supporting recycling and promoting good waste management Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations To assist the chefs with essential food preparation as required, including peeling and chopping vegetables We Offer: £10.85 - 12.71per hour (depending on age) Employee assistance and well-being programs Cycle to work scheme Friends & family discounts Loyalty awards Hours of work: This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Straight shifts – no split shifts! Working a combination of the following shifts: 7.30am - 4.00pm 2.00pm - 10.30pm Working 5 days out of 7 which will include working weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis.
