Please do not be put off if you do not have experience in data or AI.  If you meet the minimum criteria of the role, we'd still encourage an application  ----------------------- About the team: ARTIS is a PRA Directorate and is formed of: * the Authorisations Division, which deals with regulatory transactions where firms apply to carry out PRA regulated activities, or make changes to the activities they undertake;   * the Regulatory Technology, Data and Innovation Division (RDI); * and the four divisions responsible for the supervision, as a host regulator, of the UK activities of banks, custodians and designated investment firms headquartered in over 50 overseas jurisdictions – including some of the world’s highest profile firms  RDI’s mission is through innovation, drive forward the modernisation of technology and data usage to deliver enhancements in the efficiency and effectiveness of regulatory supervision across the PRA. Our vision is to be the PRA’s trusted partners in delivering innovative technology and data products that empower PRA colleagues with advanced tools for enhanced decision-making, effective oversight and driving operational efficiencies. RDI is made up of 3 hubs:  • Strategy and Innovation Hub • AI and Analytics Hub • Delivery and Governance Hub This role is part of the Delivery and Governance Hub on a 9-12-month maternity cover secondment. Job Description: Lead the delivery of strategic data and technology transformation initiatives within the PRA, with particular responsibility for the delivery of the Supervisory Analytics & Metrics (SAM) programme. The role is accountable for translating strategic objectives into deliverable outcomes, overseeing programme governance, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative data and analytics capabilities that improve supervisory effectiveness and efficiency.  Key Responsibilities: Programme Leadership and Delivery • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAM programme, establishing delivery plans, roadmaps, governance arrangements, and reporting frameworks. • Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and resource requirements, ensuring appropriate mitigations are in place and communicated to senior stakeholders. • Drive delivery through Agile methodologies, promoting transparency, continuous improvement and effective prioritisation of work. Stakeholder Management and Influence • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the PRA, Technology, DAT and other Bank functions. • Influence decision-making through effective communication, evidence-based recommendations and collaborative problem solving. • Facilitate governance forums and boards, ensuring strategic decisions are informed, documented and progressed effectively. • Represent programme interests in Bank-wide discussions and governance processes Team Leadership and Capability Development • Lead and develop high-performing delivery teams, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment. • Coach and support colleagues to build capability in programme delivery, Agile practices and stakeholder management. • Shape programme structures, resource planning and workforce requirements to ensure sustainable delivery capacity. • Foster effective collaboration across multiple directorates and disciplines.  Governance, Risk and Assurance • Establish and maintain effective programme governance, ensuring delivery remains aligned to strategic objectives. • Provide clear and concise reporting to senior leadership forums. • Promote robust decision-making, transparency and accountability across all aspects of programme delivery.  Role Requirements: Minimum Criteria: • Demonstrable experience of programme or change delivery in a complex organisational environment. • Ability to manage delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities. • Experience working with stakeholders across business and technology functions • Strong programme leadership experience, including leading large-scale data, technology or transformation initiatives from strategy through to delivery. • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods, delivery governance and assurance approaches, applying a Product-led approach by working closely with a Product Manager. Essential Criteria: • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and support effective decision-making. • Proven ability to lead delivery teams, manage complex dependencies and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams. • Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear plans, outcomes and measurable delivery milestones. In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package as detailed below: • Currently a non-contributory, career average pension giving you a guaranteed retirement benefit of 1/80th of your annual salary for every year worked. There is the option to increase your pension (to 1/65th) or decrease (to 1/105th) in exchange for salary through our flexible benefits programme each year.  The Bank has the discretion to vary standard accrual rates and dial up and dial down rates at any time and to withdraw dial up and dial down options at any time. • A discretionary performance award based on a current award pool. • An 8% benefits allowance with the option to take as salary or purchase a wide range of flexible benefits.    * 26 days’ annual leave with option to buy up to 12 additional days through flexible benefits.  • Private medical insurance and income protection.
