to identify emerging opportunities and inform platform strategy.
• Defining and owning product strategy for risk-bearing provider and
payer-adjacent analytics offerings by translating market intelligence, client
feedback, and business objectives into actionable 12–24-month product
roadmaps.
• Partnering with General Managers and Product Leadership to evaluate market
opportunities, identify strategic growth areas, and support annual business
planning.
• Leading product strategy for opportunities spanning risk-bearing
provider organizations, including accountable care organizations,
specialty care, pharmacy analytics and payer-adjacent workflows.
• Prioritizing product investments by evaluating market demand, scalability,
competitive differentiation, commercial value,
and build/buy/partner opportunities.
• Leading market validation, product definition, business case development, and
business requirements to enable successful execution by Technical Product
Management and Engineering teams.
• Identifying reusable platform capabilities that can scale across provider and
payer-adjacent workflows while supporting future market expansion.
• Identifying opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities, automation,
and decision-support solutions that improve product value, usability,
scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Serving as the ACO/risk-bearing provider product subject matter expert,
supporting product development, solution validation, internal enablement,
client engagements, conferences, webinars, and other market-facing
activities.
• Leading commercialization efforts by partnering with Marketing, Sales,
Finance, and General Managers to develop positioning, value propositions,
pricing strategies, packaging, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market
plans.
• Measuring product performance through market adoption, client feedback,
competitive positioning, and post-launch analytics to continuously refine
product strategy and investment priorities.
• Collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, Client Services, Sales,
Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align stakeholders, resolve
tradeoffs, and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
• Partnering with Client Services to define scalable service, support, and
operating models that enable long-term customer success.
Requirements and Preferred Skills:
