Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors with warmth and respect.
Support our criminal justice team in delivering harm reduction interventions around drug and alcohol use
Delivering Needle and syringe exchange
Provide non-judgmental advice on safer drug & alcohol use, including injecting, overdose prevention, and emergency response.
Providing Naloxone and safe storage boxes to our service users
Completing BBV testing
Supporting our service users in attending DRR & ATR appointments
Multi agency working
Supporting the team in case management, recording notes on our case management system
Supporting our service users in meeting their support plans, working towards their future goals and aspirations
