Join Change Grow Live as an Criminal Justice Support Volunteer. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors with warmth and respect. Support our criminal justice team in delivering harm reduction interventions around drug and alcohol use Delivering Needle and syringe exchange Provide non-judgmental advice on safer drug & alcohol use, including injecting, overdose prevention, and emergency response. Providing Naloxone and safe storage boxes to our service users Completing BBV testing Supporting our service users in attending DRR & ATR appointments Multi agency working Supporting the team in case management, recording notes on our case management system Supporting our service users in meeting their support plans, working towards their future goals and aspirations What You’ll Gain: Full training and ongoing support Experience in a fast-paced, meaningful role The chance to build trust and make a lasting impact Skills in communication, harm reduction, and community outreach What We’re Looking For: Friendly, approachable, and non-judgmental attitude Ability to engage with people from all walks of life Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism No two days are the same, and every interaction is a chance to help someone stay safe and feel supported.
