Our front of house team is an integral part of our villages, so we need the very best people at the helm, where you will provide excellent customer services that exceed their expectations for all visitors. On top of excellent hospitality experience our Receptionists will have a warm and friendly personality that people instantly connect with. The Role As you will be the first point of contact you will be meeting and greeting all the visitors to the Village, taking phone calls, assisting medical professionals along with families and friends on their visits. You will need to ensure that all information is kept confidential and that the reception are is tidy at all times. About you You will have a positive outlook and be a naturally accommodating person. Ability to work in a team take direction and the ability to work alone when needed. This role is varied so you need be to adaptable. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Update calendars and schedule meetings Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing We welcome applications from eligible applicants; it is with regret that we do not have the facility to sponsor overseas staff.
