What You Bring Engineering leadership experience in software, audio/music technology, platform systems, or hardware/software products. Strong technical judgment and ability to guide architecture and delivery without over-centralizing decisions. Experience managing engineers and supporting career development. Ability to work across product, design, QA, and business stakeholders. Track record improving team execution and engineering practices.
