Support stability, performance, maintainability, and quality across the product domain. Build team capacity through mentoring, hiring support, and career development. Identify opportunities for shared technology, reusable components, and integration across inMusic brands. What You Bring Engineering leadership experience in software, audio/music technology, platform systems, or hardware/software products. Strong technical judgment and ability to guide architecture and delivery without over-centralizing decisions. Experience managing engineers and supporting career development. Ability to work across product, design, QA, and business stakeholders. Track record improving team execution and engineering practices.
