Find out more about us at www.benugo.com Job Description We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Benugo, Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes Benugo at Bletchley Park offers fresh seasonal menus, with a wide range of production menu made on site, including canape's, baking and afternoon tea. Shifts are between 7.00-15.30, with occasional evening work required for event service. We Offer: Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour Shifts: 5 days out of 7 (occasionally dinner service) Contract: Full Time 30hrs contract About the Chef de Partie role: Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling General cleaning duties Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills Assist HC/SC The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
