Job Description: European Supply Chain Manager.    Location: Edinburgh / Livingston  Reporting to: Director of Operations Travel: Up to 30% across Europe   About Full Circle Wind Services   Full Circle Wind Services provides operations and maintenance support to onshore wind farms across Europe. We supply skilled technicians, major component services, blade repair, and spare parts solutions to turbine owners, operators, and service providers.   As our European operations continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced European Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and supplier management activities across multiple countries. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the availability of critical wind turbine components while controlling inventory costs and maintaining high service levels for our customers and operational teams.   The Role   The European Supply Chain Manager will develop and manage a supply chain network that supports operational delivery across multiple European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplier performance, inventory optimisation, warehousing operations, logistics management, demand planning, and procurement strategy while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain function.   Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the European supply chain strategy in line with business growth plans and operational requirements. • Lead procurement activities for wind turbine components, tooling, consumables, and service-related materials. • Manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, repair partners, logistics providers, and key suppliers. • Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing agreements, service-level agreements, and framework agreements. • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs including delivery performance, lead times, quality, and cost. • Oversee inventory planning and stock control across multiple warehouse locations. • Establish inventory policies, stock levels, reorder points, and forecasting processes to support customer demand. • Analyse inventory performance and implement initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete stock while maintaining service levels. • Manage warehousing and logistics operations, including inbound freight, storage, transportation, and distribution. • Ensure critical components are available to support scheduled and reactive maintenance activities. • Lead demand planning and forecasting processes using operational requirements, customer commitments, and historical data. • Develop supply chain reporting and performance dashboards for senior management. • Identify and deliver cost-reduction initiatives across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. • Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Ensure compliance with relevant quality, environmental, customs, and regulatory requirements across all operating regions. • Support business development activities by providing supply chain expertise for new contracts, customer proposals, and market expansion initiatives.  Qualifications & Experience  Essential • Minimum 7 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management. • Proven experience managing multi-country supply chain operations. • Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing strategic vendor relationships. • Strong understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations. • Experience developing and reporting against supply chain KPIs. • Strong commercial awareness and cost-control capability. • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. • Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Europe.   Desirable • Experience within the wind energy, renewable energy, engineering, or industrial services sectors. • Knowledge of wind turbine spare parts management and maintenance supply chains. • Experience using ERP and inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms. • Additional European language skills.   What We Offer • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Opportunity to shape and lead a growing European supply chain function. • International exposure across multiple European markets. • A collaborative and entrepreneurial working environment. • Career development opportunities within a rapidly expanding renewable energy business.   How to Apply To apply, please submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining your relevant experience in European supply chain management and renewable energy operations.   For additional information, please contact James McNair, our Recruiter, or send your details to careers@fullcirclewindservices.com [careers@fullcirclewindservices.com]    Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Full Circle Wind Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees are treated fairly and with respect.
