About the role Are you organised, customer-focused and confident in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Sales & Service Administrator to join our Social Housing team and help deliver a reliable, high-quality service for our customers, suppliers and colleagues. This is a varied role where accuracy, communication and organisation are key. You’ll maintain up-to-date customer and supplier records, process important information, complete pre-invoice checks and support amendments that keep our service moving efficiently. What you'll be doing: Keeping customer and supplier records accurate and up to date. Updating customer information directly and processing key service information. Completing pre-invoice checks to support smooth and accurate billing. Supporting order amendments and resolving queries efficiently. Building strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams. You’ll be part of a close-knit, fast-paced team, so you’ll need to prioritise confidently, stay calm under pressure and bring a positive, solutions-focused approach. Additional information: This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7:55am and 5:25pm, with a one-hour lunch break. After successfully completing your 3-month probation, you may be required to cover a Saturday shift on a rota basis from 8am to 12pm, paid as overtime. Once you’ve completed probation, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Key skills and qualities include: A friendly and professional communication style. Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent attention to detail, especially when maintaining system data. A collaborative approach, with the confidence to manage your own workload and meet deadlines. Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure. Confidence using Microsoft systems, including Excel and Word, and the ability to learn bespoke systems. Flexibility to support customer service teams during peak times.
