We're looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our engineering team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of a fast-paced manufacturing operation, ensuring our equipment, systems and people continue to perform at their best. What You'll Be Doing As part of a skilled and supportive engineering team, you will: Lead and support engineering activities across the site to maximise plant reliability and performance. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults quickly and effectively. Carry out planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and improve efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reliability and safety. Support equipment installations, upgrades and improvement projects. Work closely with Production and Operations teams to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment performance. Ensure all engineering activities are completed safely and in line with food manufacturing standards. Promote a proactive maintenance culture and support the development of engineering best practices across the site. Why Join Albert Bartlett? Previous experience within a manufacturing, FMCG or food production environment. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across electrical and mechanical systems. Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and continuous improvement methodologies. A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across departments.
