Explore multiple solutions and communicate design rationale clearly. Produce high-quality UX/UI flows, interaction models, prototypes, and design specifications. Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data teams to validate decisions. Ensure design quality, consistency, usability, accessibility, and customer relevance. Contribute to design standards, systems, critiques, and team practices. Mentor less experienced designers and help raise the quality of design work. What You Bring Product design experience in software, creative tools, web products, music technology, or complex technical experiences. Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking and measurable impact. Ability to manage ambiguity and simplify complex workflows. Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams. Comfort using research, data, and customer feedback to guide design choices. Strong communication skills and ability to influence without relying on authority.
