We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, trading and quant. You'll own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans. Responsibilities Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, trading and data science/quant from high-growth tech companies, trading firms, hedge funds and other elite technical organisations Screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs and ensure seamless candidate experiences Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, trading, quant, data science or similar) in high-performance environments Background hiring at companies known for a high bar, whether agency (trading firms, hedge funds, HFTs, tech) or in-house at scaling tech companies Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets Comfortable working across a range of technical disciplines, not limited to one specialism Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with ATS tools, reporting and data-driven recruiting practices Competitive salary and eligibility for equity Biannual bonus scheme Fully expensed tech to match your needs Private health insurance Breakfast and dinner allowance for office-based employees As we hire globally, benefits vary by location.
