We’re looking for a Payments Portfolio Manager to play a critical role in how demand flows into Payments and how our change portfolio is governed, prioritised and managed. This role sits within our Demand & Engagement function, working closely with customer journey teams, delivery, technology, architecture and finance to ensure demand is well‑defined, outcomes‑focused and decision‑ready. You will provide the structure, transparency and insight required to manage a complex, high‑value portfolio—helping leaders stay focused on the right work, at the right time.
