What you'll do * Lead the day-to-day management of strategic technology partnerships, building strong and effective relationships. * Manage contract activity end to end, including issue resolution, statement of work requests, renewals and terminations. * Coordinate regular business reviews and partner performance discussions to support clear governance and shared outcomes. * Identify commercial risks and assess the impact of contract changes, helping teams make informed decisions. * Partner with teams across the business to support cost efficiency, manage budget risks and drive value from partnerships.   Who you are * You bring experience building long-term partnerships that support business value. * Comfortable working with complex enterprise environments and collaborating across different teams. * You understand technology functions and how they contribute to business outcomes. * Able to adapt to change and bring a positive, supportive approach to how you work. * Experienced in contract negotiation, issue resolution and responding to contract-related queries.   EVERYONE'S WELCOME We are ambitious about the future of retail.
