Job Description
Care Assistant – Largsand surrounding areas
Pay: £13.50 per hour | Double time on bank holidays | Mileage 33p to 45p/mile | Part-time, flexible hours | Driving licence and own vehicle required
Why care with us, not just any agency
Most home care visits elsewhere are 15–30 minutes — rushed, task-only, in and out. Every visit with us is a minimum of 1 hour, so you actually have time to make a difference, not just tick a box. We match you to clients based on shared interests and hobbies, so you're building real relationships in your own local community, not seeing a different stranger every day.
If you've got a kind heart and reliable transport, we'll teach you everything else.
What you'll be doing
Companionship – chats, trips out, time that matters
General housekeeping – cooking, cleaning, helping a home feel like home
Non-medical personal care, with full training provided
No experience needed. We just need you to care.
What we offer
£13.50 per hour, weekly pay

Real career progression – many of our senior staff started exactly where you are now

Someone who wants to make a genuine difference to an older person's life, locally
