You'll join a vibrant team where your diverse experience makes a daily global impact. We need talented people to grow a global company where everyone feels proud to belong, have a purpose, and do their best to directly shape the digital future. About The Role: As Commify continues to consolidate its platforms, brands and standardise its offerings across our core business lines (Applications, API, and ISVs), we are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Revenue Operations. This leadership role is responsible for evolving a traditional commercial operations function into a true revenue operations function, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by unifying data, processes, and technology stacks across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will work closely with our international commercial teams to provide robust sales support and analysis. In partnership with Commercial leaders and the VP of Marketing Transformation, you will manage the end-to-end marketing and sales process, implement commercial best practices across all territories, and establish a single source of truth for performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Partner with the CRO to drive GTM planning, sales forecasting, and process improvements across regional teams. Design scalable sales workflows to support UI, API, and ISV revenue streams, while collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing Transformation to align Sales and Marketing and eliminate operational silos. Compensation & Incentives: Co-design and coordinate competitive sales compensation plans, incentive structures, and quota assignments across all territories. Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting: Lead the sales forecasting process to ensure regional accuracy and consistency. Deliver unified performance reporting, covering funnel velocity, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and headcount efficiency, directly to the CRO, CMO, and Executive Management Team. Customer Lifecycle & Operations: Manage the end-to-end lead-to-cash process, setting clear SLAs for lead qualification (MQL/SAL/SQL) and handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Standardise processes across onboarding, renewal forecasting, churn reporting, and account expansion. Technology, Data & M&A: Serve as business owner for sales technology, BI tools, and AI adoption (assisted forecasting and outreach). Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for CRM and MAP systems, enforce CRM data governance, co-own attribution models with Marketing, and lead sales tech integrations and data migrations for M&A acquisitions. What You'll Bring: Experience: 5+ years of senior operational leadership experience in reporting, platform management, and financial planning within a complex B2B SaaS or technology environment. Commercial Finance: Proven experience in commercial finance or revenue operations within a business-to-business environment. Analytical Ability: Strong capability to analyse complex sales data and translate insights into actionable commercial recommendations. Cross-Functional Expertise: Demonstrated success operating across the entire revenue engine (Marketing and Sales) with a technical understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce. Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and experience working with marketing automation platforms (Ideally, Adobe Marketo Engage), tech stack integrations, and data pipeline management. Transformation & Integration: Experience consolidating disparate CRM platforms and legacy processes, including migrating data for newly acquired businesses. Stakeholder Leadership: Strong communication skills with a track record of partnering with executive leadership, supporting sales teams, and collaborating across departments.
