Job Description Supervise and coordinate the Flight Checking team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Ensure 100% final quality and quantity checks on all flights before dispatch. Verify meals match airline specifications, menu cards, and flight documentation. Manage special meal requests, last-minute changes, aircraft swaps, and return catering. Identify and escalate discrepancies in labeling, documentation, or product quality. Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards. Maintain clear communication with Production, Dispatch, and management, providing regular operational updates. Support training, team development, and continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in food production, catering, manufacturing, or logistics environments. Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred. Strong numerical, checking, and reporting skills with high attention to detail. Good understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene practices (Level 2 preferred or willingness to obtain). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments. Ability to lead, motivate teams, and work independently while maintaining operational efficiency.
