Key Responsibilities: Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role Retail Sales Helping your store meet and exceed targets Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling Experience required: Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail environment Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to cope with changing priorities We can provide you with great career progression opportunities, industry-leading training and a competitive bonus scheme.
