Requirements: The ideal candidate is a skilled UI/UX designer with experience creating consumer-facing digital products and a passion for solving complex problems in fast-moving environments. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating across functions, and taking ownership of your design decisions. 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design roles. Proven experience designing high-quality consumer-facing web and mobile products. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed product designs. Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Strong foundation in graphic design, including layout, typography, colour, and visual composition. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design decisions, attention to detail, and passion for craftsmanship. Experience working in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or digital asset products is a plus. Previous experience with cryptocurrency exchanges or decentralized applications is highly valued.
