The role
Working closely with the EnergyCo Program, this role supports the delivery of
major energy infrastructure projects by assessing Crown land activities,
conducting land status investigations, preparing licences for approval, and
helping manage compulsory land acquisition processes. The role also works with a
range of stakeholders to provide informed advice, resolve land-related matters,
and ensure accurate and timely land information is maintained.
The Senior Assessment Officer applies sound judgement and commercial thinking to
assessments and recommendations, manages administrative and project support
activities, and contributes to the efficient progression of EnergyCo's project
pipeline in a fast-paced and politically sensitive environment.

• High level administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and
competing demands.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and
ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Maintains meticulous attention to detail amidst high-volume workloads,
ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
Essential
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or equivalent level of
knowledge and experience.
• Current drivers license, with a willingness and the ability to travel.
